Download The App
- Open the App Store
- Tap on the Search icon
- Search for ses rook in the search bar
- On the SES ROOK – Supply Chain Mgmt app tap the Get button to download the app
Login To The App
- Open the downloaded app
- The app will alert to enable notifications. Tap Allow


- Enter your Username and Password. If you wish the app to remember your login credentials, tap on Remember Me checkbox
- Tap on the blue Login button to log in
- The app will alert to enable Location access. Tap Allow While Using App
- This alert may not display if location access is already provided
- Then tap Change to Always Allow
- The app will not function properly without this permission
Select Equipment
- Select the Truck and the Trailer
Create Work Orders
- To start a Work Order, tap the Scan QR Code button
- The app will alert to enable camera access. Tap Allow
- Scan the QR code for the Origin
- If the QR code is valid, it will create a Work Order
Work Order View
- Tap the eyeball icon next to the Status to see what each status represents
- Tap the Upload Images button to add images to the Work Order
- Select if you are taking a photo or uploading from photos in the phone
- One a photo is taken from the camera or selected from photos in the phone, tab the Upload button
- Once the first image is uploaded, the Upload Images button border will turn green
- Tap the Notes button to add notes to the Work Order
- Tap the Extra Billing button add Extra Billing to the Work Order
Complete The Work Order
- Once at the Destination, tap the Scan Destination QR Code button
- Scan the QR code for the Destination
- If the QR code is valid, it will close the Work Order and take you to the home screen
End Day
- To end the day, tap on the End Day button
- This will not log you out from the app
- This will stop location access
- You will remain logged in
Log Out From The App
- Tap the logout icon (door) on the top right
- The app will alert for confirmation. Tap OK to logout or Cancel to remain in the app
- This will stop location access
- This will end your day automatically
- To use the app again, you will need to log in
Bad Actor Flagging
- ‘Bad Actor’ flags are added to Driver Profiles and Work Orders when the process outlined above is not followed
- Below is a full list of all possible scenarios where a ‘Bad Actor’ flag would be triggered:
- GPS was not tracked throughout the time that the Work Order was actively tracking time for the Driver
- This will occur if the driver turns off their GPS tracking mid-WO
- Flag labelled ‘No GPS Tracked, This May Affect Compensation’ will be added to the Work Order
- If the Scanned Destination (Sahara) is not allowed for the current Project – flagged as Bad Actor
- This will occur if the incorrect destination (Sahara) QR Code is scanned
- Flag labelled ‘Wrong Project Sahara’ will be added to the Work Order
- If the timer is left running on a Work Order for over a configured amount of time at a single status (not currently configured, as this would affect all Work Orders, not just the new app) – flagged as Bad Actor
- This will occur if a driver does not log out of the App at the end of a day, or does not scan the destination (Sahara) QR Code at the destination
- Flag labelled ‘Auto Logged Out, Failed to Scan Destination QR Code, This May Affect Compensation’ will be added to the Work Order
- Speeding in a GeoFence, this can be set per GeoFence – Flagged as Bad Actor
- This will occur if driver is speeding within a set Geofence
- Flag labelled ‘Exceeded Speed Limit, This May Affect Your Compensation’ will be added to the Work Order
- No QR Code Scanned
- This will occur in the event that a Work Order QR Code is not scanned
- Flag Labelled ‘No QR Code Scanned’ will be added to the Work Order
