Improvements to the Admin Review in ROOK Connect Software

This new styling configuration will show the View Eyeball Icon next to the Ticket Number – This also works with Field Tickets, Activities & Events.

  • This new configuration that will allow the Summary Icon (from its own column) to be added to the function column outside the Pandora’s Box.
  • The View Eyeball Icon (from its own column) has moved to the far left column.

This will makes the layout to be tightened up more and have a better user experience.
