Improvements for Staff Management in ROOK Connect Software

With ROOK Connect software you’ll ensure that every employee under your management is clear on what is expected of them and their role in the workplace. We have made new improvements to the Staff Management Tab. To access this go to Staff Tile and click on the Staff Management sub-tab on the left navigation bar.

Email Credentials button

  • This will only be visible if the Staff has a Username and Password. Clicking on it will open the Email Communication slider to send credentials.

Intake Forms button

  • This will only be visible if Intake Forms are enabled. Clicking on it will display a table of all Intake Forms for that Staff, with ability to add more.
