Priority Alert – AWS Service Maintenance & Upgrade – 08.24.2022

Hello ROOK Connect Customers, 

Please treat this email as a Priority Alert! 

The ROOK Connect Team is providing this alert to let you know that there will be an interruption in service to all ROOK Connect platforms starting at 2:00 am MST, August 24th, 2022 for approximately 2 hours. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure, speed up our overall service and complete some priority maintenance with Amazon Web Services (AWS). 

During this maintenance window, the ROOK Connect platforms will be inaccessible and all tracking, third-party Application Program Interfaces (API’s) and communication delivery will be paused. All operations around the platforms, including triggering of events, delivery of scheduled emails and processing uploads will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
